This Bordeaux-style blend has a dark garnet hue with cedar box aromas filled with ripe black cherries, raspberries, leather, with subtle hints of iron and fresh sage. Touting tremendous texture and a supple body with rustic and well-integrated tannins support a palate of ripe black cherry and raspberry, tobacco leaf with hints of dried herbs and black pepper. This wine will only improve over the next several years. Cellar up to 15 years.
2023 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc, White Bluffs
This wine is a beautiful golden color with pronounced aromas of peaches, roasted pineapple, brioche, and guava with hints of cardamom and crème brûlée. The palate is medium and lush body with a velvety texture with medium plus acid creating a balance with flavors of and fresh peaches, pineapple, star fruit, with hints of minerality, vanilla bean custard and white pepper. Enjoyable upon release or age up to 5 years.
