2023 Malene Old Vine Rosé of Grenache & Cinsault

The palest, most nuanced of our rosés. This wine explores the serious side of rosé. Exceptional fruit from low yielding, 50 year-old vines handled with minimal intervention and treated much like we would a top-quality chardonnay with a little oak and malolactic. Treat this rosé as you would a high-end aromatic white with regard to food pairing and aging. Historically, this wine has been 100% Grenache. Because of extremely low yields, we decided to make a blend with the Cinsault block adjacent to the Grenache. The Cinsault shares the same vine age, soil and aspect as the Grenache and compliments the Grenache perfectly.

The 2023 Old Vine Rosé, a serious yet vibrant blend of Grenache and Cinsault, showcases its youthful energy and dynamic flavors.
